OCWINMOTION is based on the idea of reusing the content from a Educommons OpenCourseWare by analyzing the RSS feed and creating a set of wiki pages with the content founded. To create all of those wiki pages, a template is used and besides the content from the OCW, are created some spaces for activity, related to the OCW content.

OCW-IN-MOTION is a project aimed to promote a more active use of the OpenCourseWare content provided for a lot of universities around the world. Although the different OCW projects around the world do not pretend to be useful as learning spaces, we think that OCW philosophy includes and provides an opportunity to reuse the content in different ways apart from the ones their authors propose.

DokuWiki supports some simple markup language, which tries to make the datafiles to be as readable as possible. This page contains all possible syntax you may use when editing the pages. Simply have a look at the source of this page by pressing the Edit this page button at the top or bottom of the page. If you want to try something, just use the playground page. The simpler markup is easily accessible via quickbuttons, too.

This is the plugin TASK, created by Esther Bruner. This plugin is useful to handle a list of things that the student needs to accomplish. The Teacher (admin privileges) is the only one who can enter news items to the list.
